5.4 3v exhaust stud problem

Hi everyone I'm in the process of putting headers on my 06 Roush f150 and got the manifolds and passenger side header on. Some of the studs stayed in the head on the drivers side and I need to get them out to get drivers header on.

*How can I get the studs that stayed out?

I sprayed them with pb blaster.

I tried a 5mm socket.

I tried locking 2 nuts together and loosen back nut.

I dont have access to a torch.

Will running the engine till it reaches operating temperature help them come loose?

Thanks for inputs and suggestions!

I see you posted this 5 days ago, so I hope you have got it out by now. But if not I just did the headers on my truck this past weekend and had just one stud that was stuck and put a little heat on the block with a torch and it came right out, I bet even a pipe torch would do the trick and you can pick one up at any hardware store. If you happen to destroy the stud getting it out I have a few good ones i could send you, I used stage 8 locking bolts on my install.
