Exclamation header install question

I am on second go of header install on 2006 f150 with 5.4, recently installed banks torque tubes, those are coming off for dynatech long tube headers, anyone have any help or tips on dipstick removal, last time i broke it off in block and was long process to get it out, its a new one and only been on for few weeks but im worried about breaking another and spending all this time...if anyone has helpful tricks or tips i would appreciate!

Why waste your time& $$$'s on headers, the factory stocks are plenty good for abuse, performance and life of the truck. All the rest is just show.

when I did mine I just sprayed it when i sprayed all the manifold bolts to loosen it then had to use a rubber toolbox mat for grip and pulled strait out. It took lots of force but didn't break. GL
