I had to do a little leg work in finding the parts but, I ordered a 304 Stainless Dynomax Ultra-Flo (straight thru) 3" SISO muffler from Amazon.com for under $60 and the Magnaflow 409 Stainless tailpipe for about $85 delivered. The rest of the parts, a 2 foot stainless pipe for the center pipe, a couple hangers, and some stainless band clamps, all thru Amazon, brought the total to right around $225 and I installed it myself. The Magnaflow tailpipe, also available in 3" for around the same price (I went with 2.5" for my V6), is mandrel bent and comes in 2 pieces.
