P0303 is cylinder 3 misfire-plug or wire most likely, could be a coil.

P0171 is lean condition on bank 1. Which the PCM has tried to correct it by making the air/fuel ratio richer. Usually caused by a vac leak, or could even be an exhaust leak. If you have been ignoring the P0171 for a long time, there could be a chance that the cat is cooked.

Good luck

could it be that my fuel pump does not have enough pressure i have done the wires and plugs and checked the resistance to the coils all looks good but it reads a little high on the resistance ?
