P2195 .... Am I hurting anything?

So .... Got all my exhaust parts installed (obx lts, hi flows, X, maggie muffs) but I did have the right o2 extension. Everything is hooked up except the passenger side o2. It is throwing a P2195. Will order the bbk 1676 on Monday, but am I hurting anything by driving it a few days without that o2 hooked up?

what else do I need to elaborate, you're not allowing the ECM to regulate the air fuel mixture of the motor so the truck is either dumping fuel or running lean

it's your truck, you OBVIOUSLY don't care about it and neither do I or anyone else who drives past you when it breaks down on you for your own ignorance

good luck in life and your future decisions

Wow ... What a douche bag response. I was looking for some clarification on what I could be damaging since its the last o2 sensor I thought I was ok.

you FAILED to mention it's the rear sensor you only stated it was the passenger side sensor, so I assumed (not being able to see thru the internet) that you had the rears turned off in the tune

guess it's time for me to go renew my see thru the internet subscription so I can see what people are talking about when they fail to provide details

You're right ... I forgot to mention it was the rear o2 only. This thread can be closed, there is nothing here of any value.

DTC p2195 is Bank 1 Sensor 1 stuck lean. The upstream sensors are vital to a/f ratio management. If it was unplugged you shouldnt be getting that code I dont think. Otherwise the engine is running very lean on bank 1 which, for an '04 especially, is rather dangerous. Do not drive it that way.

Wow! Is everything alright on your end jarame? This is the 2nd thread I've come across in as many days that you seem kinda angry or at least not nice in your response. It's not like the OP said he was going to ignore your obviously very helpful advise and keep on driving the truck, but rather was simply inquiring for a little more information (I guess) as to what kind of damage not having the O2 sensor hooked up would do. He obviously doesn't know and wanted a little more education on the subject maybe? To be honest, I don't know the answer either and I might have asked the same thing.

Don't get me wrong as I am certainly not coming down on you, you are a well informed, long time member of the site who always has very helpful, informative advise or answers for everyone on here. I have always appreciated and enjoyed your responses that I have read over the last few years. I am not trying to **** you off, I am just genuinely curious if everything is okay, those responses just don't sound like you.

OP rear sensor monitors catalyst efficiency. Front 02s monitor A/F
