CAI - Improved Power + Fuel Economy?

I have been reading and one of the recommended mods is a CAI. I am told that this will not only increase power, but fuel economy as well. I just purchased a 2007 Ford F-150, v6, standard transmission. How much of an improvement can I expect?

Without a custom tune, about 6 to 8 Horsepower. Don't expect any more mpg.

Not much guy, not much. Might as well save your money for gas.
