Dual Side Exit B4 Tire Possible on 2010

Anyone know if this can be done on a 2010 5.4? Love the looks of the tips coming out before the tire on the side but want to have dual exits with tips on both sides. Something like these:

gas tank is probably in the way. Crawl under there and take a look.

yeah gastank is in the way. most people just do passenger side exit

The only way would be to run the pipe outside the frame on the driver's side which would look REALLY tacky and ugly. So just stick with the passenger side exit. That's what I did and I'm happy with the outcome and sound.
