Intake Manifold and Throttle Body

Are there any aftermarket intake manifolds for an 04-08 4x4 with 5.4 3V?
Also, what are the throttle body options? I only see the 80mm BBK. Is it worthwhile or a waste?

If the rest of your engine is stock, then leave it all alone. The stock parts are engineered to work great with each other.
