JBA headers and stock down pipe leaks

Need a little advice. Installed JBA shorty headers on an 06 5.4 Screw with no leaks. The stock down pipes and JBA headers have different degrees for the male and female flange. Have tried several times adjusting and re-tighten to stop the annoying ticking leaks including copper gasket maker. NO LUCK! Questions: Is there an adapter that can be added between the flanges to eliminate the gap from different degrees or can the stock down pipe flange lip be hammerd back to accomodate the JBA header degree angle without crushing the pipe?

I just took the truck to Ford as I had something to pick up and my buddy used his stethascope on the headers to find that the down pipe and headers are sealed but the headers are cracked on both sides at the 4way welds. Warranty with JBA is 1 year and the headers have been installed for 18 months. NO WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS SUCKS!
