Replacing Manifold

Hi,
I have to replace a cracked manifold on the passenger side of my 2006 f150. Was wondering if anyone could tell me the easiest way to remove it. It looks pretty tight in there. I tried searching the forums here, but couldn't find anything about removing it.

I know that. I guess I should have used a different word than easiest, LOL. From looking at it I assume the motor will have to be lifted, I guess I'm just trying to find out if that's what has to be done.

I replaced the same side on my 05 last year and did not raise the motor. I removed the inner fender and the starter but the rest stayed in. It is tight but can be done. About half of the studs came out which helped. Now I have to do it all over again. The rear port on mine is leaking again. I'm not sure why it keeps burning the gasket out. I cleaned everything well and everything stayed tight. Just need to decide weather to just put headers on it or better gaskets.
