Anyone know if the 4.6 and 5.7 has same bolt pattern for BBK shorty headers. They are off a 2002 and I have a 2006

5.7 must be a typo, s/b a 5.4.

Honestly I don't know.

No the 2v and 3v are different boltpatterns I believe. between a 4.6 3v and a 5.4 3v its the same heads

Right, they're different. 2V vs 3V. All 2V's are the same, even the Non PI's.

BTW- The 5.7 is a hemi. Yea, they're different.

Don't forget the Toyota Iforce 5.7 v8 truck engine.

So it sounds like if I put these headers on from a 02 F-150 4.6 and slap them on my 06 F-150 5.4 Triton they will match up. My buddy has bbk headers. Hope they match

The info you desire about whether they will or won't fit is in this thread. Like already said, the answer is they will not fit.
