Sputtering at warm up temp?

I have a 2001 F-150 Lariat. My problem is as soon as i get to operating temp, it spits and sputters. I have cleaned the MAF sensor, and have a couple of other areas to check. It has 160k miles on it, and i am at a loss of to what to change next? I have been told the MAF sensor may be bad, but i want to eliminate all possiblities before spending the money on the MAF sensor. is there anything else i can check before doing this?? thank you

Also the obd codes P0308, and P0430, Will any of these be the problem i am having?
