I have a 2004 Ford F-250 6.8 V10 and was looking to install a Flowmaster muffler. I had the super 40 in mind but was wondering what other Flowmaster options there were. Not only that but i didn't know if I needed a centered, offset, etc. Anyone with any pictures or links as to the size and whether or not it needs to be offset or whatever, please help! Even some installation photos would be helpful. I'm more than willing to get all kinds of feedback.

 

Go underneath your truck and you should be able to figure out the configuration of the muffler you'd need. Try the 40. The super 10 doesn't sound half bad on the v10 either i'd look into that if i were you.

i got the dinkiest v8 ford put out(4.6) and i put a 40 on it...sounds lelelelelegit

Chevy and dodge are both still in business, there are still companies manufacturing throttle body spacers for modern engines, and people are still buying snuggies. Your point is pretty invalid considering people are stupid.

i just put a si/do 50 series on my 5.4L and it sounds awesome. i didn't want obnoxious loud exhaust, just that small block v8 rumble and it's fantastic. posted a pick under the "exhaust finally" thread.
