Is it legal still if i delete 1 of the noise blocking cats in my truck out of the 4.
i have a 97
i installed a 40 series with a dump right after the muffler and it sounds good but not as loud as i wanted.
So im thinking of replacing the two resonator cats with a hi-flow.
What would i have to do?
Will i need to get new O2 sensors?
will it be legal in CA?

 

1- It is a catalytic converter, not a resonator cat.
2- It is illegal to remove ANY of your OEM emissions equipment in the great state of CA.

 

They sell trucks in CA? i thought you could only get priuses
