Question Will this help?

Hi everyone. I've got a question for the I-6 guys out there. I have a '94 I-6 300ci and I have been doing what I can to get the most power out of the motor. I'm going to be adding a MSD TFI Coil pretty soon so I can get more spark.
I've been looking at my exhaust system and been trying to figure out what I can do to get the gasses out of the motor faster. I want to get rid of the catalytic converts and see how that helps, then I'd like to put true dual exhaust on it since the stock header is a dual outlet. If I'd run true duals with some Flowmaster mufflers how would it sound? I don't want my truck sounding like a angry weedeater. Any advice on this would be great, anything at all. Thanks.
