Header Leak Question

I've got an 01 f150 w/ a 5.4. I put a set of pace setter shorty headers on there and they've been leaking since day one. I first used the copper gaskets, then tried the spectre "no-leak" gaskets from summit. no success...i used the bolts that came with the headers...so im wondering what have you guys done to keep your headers from leaking? how often do you tighten the bolts, what gaskets did you use, what bolts did you use? also what have you done to stop leaks at the collectors? thanks in advance guys!

make sure its not the EGR port thats leaking.

ive used both shortys and longtubes from pacesetter neither leaked and i used bolts and gaskets that came with the kit.
