squeaks when cold start, then noise goes away

hey i got a weird noise coming from my engine, I'm thinking its an exhaust leak possibly. When I start my truck up it makes a constant squeak like exhaust leak noise and then goes away after it warms up? does that sound like an exhaust leak symptom? sounds like its coming from an exhaust manifold on passenger side it seems, but i dunno the weird part is when it completely goes away after it warms up. So what do you fellas think?

how far is grapevine from mansfield, it aint too far is it? I'm hoping one of my manifolds aint leaking. If I have to buy new manifolds I'll just buy long tubes to go with my true dual exhaust anyways.

i appreciate the offer on free diagnosing though and wholesale parts. I come to think of it I really didnt start hearing this noise too long after my exhaust was done.

Try puttin a little di-electric grease on your belt and see if it stops that. Mine sometimes squeaks when I first start it and when I put that on it stops. Only does it in wintertime

An exhaust leak sound like a tick, not a squeak. If it's a constant squeak sound, it could be bearings on an accessory going bad.

Try removing the belt again and nspect all rotating parts where the belt goes to. might be a bearing in one of the pulleys.

Squeek that goes away is caused by a loose alternator belt. As the truck only has 1 belt and its new then I would say the tensioner is weak. Bearings make a metallic sound that gets worse with rpm warm or cold
