quick question on gotts mod

Im doing the gotts mod tomorrow on my truck (06 5.4 3v) i read up and understand how to install it, seems pretty simple, my question is should i mess with anything on my sct tuner after the install or no? as in adjusting the fuel or spark? i understand its all before my MAF sensor so im guessing i wouldn't, can anyone clarify this?

No sir.

May want to take the opportunity to clean the MAF, though.
