Saleen Exhaust

Who has the Saleen exhaut and how does it sound on there trucks? I tried finding a video and couldnt find what I was looking for Im wanting to know what it sounds like on a nonsuper charged 5.4 3 valve engine if anyone could make and post a video of how it sounds it would make the purchase of new exhaust alot easier. If you do amke a video please say if it has headers or high flow cats or not Thanks

I put one on this summer mainly because it was super cheap (edelbrock store had them on clearance).

Stock exhaust with two factory cats.

It sounds like a chambered muffler.

Rumbles in the low-mid range, seems to actually get quieter at WOT.

A little drone on the highway, low louder rumble driving around town.

If you want something quiet until you tromp on it, I would not suggest it.

Im not into loud exhaust any at all so quiet is great with me but a little rumble is nice to here because all I can here now is my intake and hardly exhaust just maily looking for a rumble without the loud poping or harshness from the exhaust for I do drive the truck on long trips from time to time and loud exhaust and drone gets too annoying to me.

my MBRP si/so is pretty quite under cruising..loud but not super loud at WOT. no hi-flows or headers. Also have a K&N intake.

...if your looking for other options...

just put an 18" magnaflow on and call it a day. No point of spending a lot of money on a kit when your not looking for much sound.
