5.4 exhaust manifolds?

Does the 5.4 f150 and the Shelby gt500 have the same exhaust manifolds (or similar), could they be swapped?

I seriously hope you are joking

Yeah I know it sounds ridiculous, but the question I guess Im trying to ask is could they fit? My dad's shelby has aftermarket headers that he wants to get rid of, so could they be slapped on my truck? The truck headers probably won't fit the car but could the car's fit the truck?

lets start with the basics

the truck has a 3 valve engine
the GT-500 has a 4 valve engine

yes they both share the same displacement and could share the same block / internals etc it's the heads, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds and the timing cover / accessories that must match

the exhaust ports are different between the 2, even if you wanted to you couldn't bolt them on the other motor...
