S&B intake
Trying to find out if anyone knows what's up with S&B still not having any intake systems for the '09 and '010 fords, dodges etc. I have a '09 FX4 and I want to put a S&B on---I've written numerous times, but they don't respond. Maybe they don't make them for the 1500 series trucks. I don't like the K&N as I had one on my '02 lariat --I liked the S&B due to the ram air intake and the filter being enclosed. Thanks

I presume R&D and certification is justtaking time ( partly to ensure the MAF is not unduly affected). Looks like they focussed on the diesels for '09 & '10.
IMHO - I wouldn't sweat it - the 09+ gas intakes flow very well. Just do what Bill suggests in this thread: https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...highlight=2009, and spend yer $300 elsewhere.
That S&B is not going to significanly outperform the OEM in any case an a 09+ ...
