Oh OK my 04 came with 4 cats I had the back to cut out last year but I'm wanting the front two cut out now what I'm getting at if I have them cut out and put pipe in the place of them without moving the o2 sensors will I have any problems I have the back two sensors turned off now.

Leave the front sensors where they are at, just place the cats with pipe. You will need to tune for it though, or do the gotts mod on the rear sensors. How are the rear turned off? You already tuned?

Yeah bud I have a sct tuner, jlt intake, Ford racing hot rod cams, they did the tune when they installed the cams, so yes the rear o2 sensors are off.

Removing the cats wont make it rasp, and crack/pop etc will it?

Nothing really. It sounds almost the exact same. The only difference is that one makes you truck more illegal. If a police officer is riding behind you or even just driving past you, he can smell the illegalness.
