I just put a SI/SO 2.5 both side FLOW MASTER muffler on my truck and man what a difference. AMAZING sound and hardly no drone inside the cab, but outside they hear it baby.
A friend of mine has the same truck with Magnaflow duals and it sounds like a factory exhaust. He listened to mine and he is now changing his mufflers.

Don't you guys know your Flowmaster bashing gets old?? It's not your truck; flowmasters do sound good...and definitely better in person than on camera imo. I kind of miss the rumble of my Flowmaster. When they start sounding trashy (imo) is when you combine them with hi-flows and LT's. But a simple Flowmaster cat back sounds great.

Yea exactly. I dont know how everyone on here hates Flows. They sound good.

I had Magnaflow on my mustang and it sounds like a quiet old man exhaust. I removed it a couple weeks later and ran an SLP loudmouth set up. MUUUUCH better.

I mean why do you think Boyd cottington advertised for Magnaflow when he was alive? He was an old man and could have much louder exhaust on his cars or it would screw with his ears

 

I think everyone hates them cause they can cause hp lose. Most people that do exhaust work just want sound. I like them except alot of the cause terrible drone. Other than that I think they sound good.

 

I have had many sets of Flowmasters. I have Borla now. I probably will never own an other pair of FLows again. Experience makes the difference. Nuff said.

Already had a 40 series cat-back on my truck. I don't ever plan on giving them any more of my business again. Not only do I not like the sound of Flowmaster's, but I also hate it that every redneck out there has a a pair on their rides. The "redneck stigma" to put it simply.

Magnaflow's only sound like "old man's exhaust" because they are typically just an oval muffler. Magnapack's are the only Magnaflow's that I've ever liked.
