Executive Order Number

If anyone has Long tube headers and has an E.O. number that was issues on your headers, hit me up please! Im getting hooked up with a set of OBX but need an E.O. to fool the California Smog fools.

Its pretty much a letter that is issued by the header manufacturer stating that their long tube headers have proven to not effect and alter smog blah blah blah on these certain vehicles and years. The headers are stamped with the Executive order number and a serial number. Its also on the letter too. So if I can get that letter and/or the number for theirs, i have someone who can stamp it on the headers and make me legit
