Spectre CAI, Noise?

Just bought a spectre CAI for my 2000 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4L.
Will it make my Expedition have a more beefy tone to it?

Thats good. It will sound nice. There real easy to install. Just dont forget to plug the MAF back in. You can get a custom tune for $300, replace your stock muffler with a dynomax bullet ($40) not including labor, and/or upgrade your piping to 3" for extra $$, and a bigger throttle body (90mm). Other than that, most performance mods will cost you $500 and up.

My suggestion would be to run 3" pipe from the Y pipe back, run 3" pipe through the muffler, and 3" out to however you want to exit it. You can run a dual outlet tip to get the dual outlet look, but without paying for all the extra pipe.

yea thats what i was thinking i used to have a bronco and i ran two thrush glasspacks right off the headers exited with duel 3 inch tips at 45 degree angle at the rear bumper. You think it would look dumb on the expedition to exit with duel tips in front of the rear tires? Be honest it wont offend me lol

Yeah i think that that tips out the side only look good on lowered trucks.
