CAI whistling noise

Hi i have a K&N Cold Air intake and i can hear a weird whistling noise coming from it i was wondering if this is normal or not

It is just that filter sucking air. Is this the first time you have heard one?

do you have an 04 5.4 3v? If so, do you have a custom tune and are you aware of the risk of running lean?

yes this is the first time i have heard one and no i dont have a custom tune but i was planning on buying one soon
