well after this winter im ss magniflow tips looked like rusty steal exhaust pipes

1. remove from the truck



2. i had to clean road tar off mine so with some go-jo and scuff pad, which removed it all off

3.heres where the real shine come from, i use a bench grinder with a polish wheel and red rouge for polishing



now this is the long part, work the rouge into the wheel and slow start polishing the tip. it took me about 2hr to do both, work slow the heat from the wheel and polish will bring the shine out

5. use a metal polish of choice to clean the tip up after you done with the hard polishing wheel and wash to remove any left over polish



6 reinstall tip and clean off any finger prints



also if you have welded on tips you can buy smaller wheels and use a drill, i got everthing for this at harbor freight but most body shop supply company also carry the stuff you need
