false.

He obviously has no idea what hes talking about. Ave. gain without a tune is 8-12ish. You will gain more with a tune. Make sure you get high flow cats, stock cats are built for back pressure, and headers will minimize it.

Heres my two cents!
at track stock exhaust - 15.92 at 85 mph.
lt headers and high flow cats - 15.60 at 89 mph.
Thats with a superchip plugged behind ecm, before and after lt headers and high flow cats.
so that means at least 30 more horse to back tires.

F150

I have a 2006 f-150 4.6 with a rousch cold air intake a throttle body spacer & a tuner. Would long tube headers make enough difference to spend the money on them?
Thanks

Yeah, you wasted your money on the throttle body spacer. They do nothing for port fuel injected engines. They only help carbed engines and possibly throttle body injected engines.
