How is this setup?

Ok, sorry for so many exhaust questions, just want to make sure I get this done right the first time.

Here is what I'm thinking of putting on:

2 Magnaflow 94106 highflow cats 2.5"
1 4" oval 22" long Magnaflow muffler
1 Magnaflow 10768 SS Y-Pipe
2.5" inlet OD 4" outlet OD tip

Concerns I have:
1) On the high flow cats, since there is no bung welded in, is that going to be a problem? I know I'll probably need some extensions. Honestly, the truck has 78k miles on it now and was looking at replacing them anyway.

2) On the 4" oval muffler, I was looking for something quiet and wasn't sure if this would fit the bill. I was trying to pinch some money out of the system, but think I might want to spend the 25-30$ to get the larger 22" straight through. Do you think I should switch?

3) On the Y-pipe, is this going to be hard to install? It's been so wet and cold here that I haven't really been able to slip under the truck to see how cutting the OE Y and throwing this in will work.

4) Do I need to buy an OE/Aftermarket tail pipe section or will the shop be able to extend in some pipe to get it done?

Overall, I think I have a decent system put together. Just wish I could throw some LT's in there. If its complete and utter crap, just tell me straight up . Would rather do this once. Thanks in advance.

I would have everything converge into a 3" pipe. This means all new pipe from the Y back.

Your exhaust guy is going to have to get creative to install a bung for the O2. Either mount it on the cat casing after all the guts, on the outlet pipe, or on the piping after the cat. The last 2 might require extensions if the cat is mounted too far back.
