Which Way to Go?

Hey Guys,
I'm wanting to upgrade to an aftermarket exhaust and need some ideas on who makes a bolt on replacement from the manifold to the tips that will pass emmissions? I have an 04 with the duals to behind the cats then single to the muffler. want to go with duals out the sides. Engine light came on and says P0420 Cat Code so I may need to replace the cats anyway. Ideas???

Personnaly, I'd throw on some Magnaflow high-flow cats, then have a shop run pipe for you with an X-crossover with mufflers of your choice. that could be a cheaper route than buying the exact fit catalytic converters magnaflow offers.

No kit's out there for a true dual exhaust on F150's. Every true dual setup on this forum is custom. Buy everything you want (mufflers, cats, X-pipe, tips) and have a shop weld it all up with either 2.25" or 2.5" mandrel or smooth bent pipes.

If your cats are throwing codes, you might as well get a pair of hi-flows. They are $46 a piece with free shipping on performancepeddler.com with the coupon code "bestoffer4em" or "clubgp".

tHANKS GUYS, Yesterday I went ahead with 1N 2O Flowmaster 40 series with dual pipes out the right side. right side looks awsome and sounds just like I wanted. I wanted dual tips out both sides but the shop wouldn't run them because of the gas tank, really hangs low and runs dang near the length of the truck. I'll have to wait and do that if I replace the cats too then I'll run true duals out both sides. Thanks for the input
