If your going to spend ANY money on headers, spend the little more for LT!

No point spending the money if all you get is sound.

There is tone change and a power increase, but not as much as LT's. I'm going to go with shorties one day because I don't want to have half my exhaust rebuilt, and they are a hell of a lot easier to install.

Not when you only have basic tools, no lift, no jack stands, and no way of fixing it if you screw up!

all i had was a tire change jack and some bricks incase it fell took the tires off. have a basic set of 118pc sockets and a 20pc wrench set. i only had to buy a swivel and a 12 Point 8MM socket for the headbolts

in prob about 5-6 hours total of work i had my shorties off and my longtubes on. its pretty easy to run stuff after. just put a cat behide the collector cut and lengthen your o2's or buy the wire extenders. pretty easy to do LT's i think shorties were more of a PITA because i fought with the EGR for ever. on the LT's i just pluged it
