Need help with exhaust leak

I got JBA headers put on when my old exhaust mani's went and at the same time put on complete new system. It has been back to the shop 3 times now because of leaks. The latest is when Im accelerating I can hear a loud ticking/vacuum leak coming from the drivers side in the engine, I can hear it with the window closed and it is loud. However when the window is open it doesn't seem as apparent. Any ideas, could it be the flange? I shouldn't be able to hear any noise of ticking from the engine related to exhaust correct?

What I would do is, start it when it is cold and feel around ALL of the connections. If there is a noticeable leak present, you should be able to feel it blowing out somewhere. You should also be able to see a black spot where it is leaking.

It's hard to say. I had two small leaks in a weld when I took out my cats and you could hear it sometimes if you listened for it. If the leak is fairly large you will defiantly be able to hear it inside.
