Cool Cut my pipes off today

Well my exhaust pipes were tip-less, rusty, unlevel, and didn't even match. They also made a lot of noise banging around.
So i got a hacksaw and chopped them off where they turndown over the axle. So i guess i can say its dumped now.

Its definitely louder and sounds a lot better in the cab. its also deeper and has better tone. Seems maybe a little bit louder too. It lost a little of the 'blub blub blub' sound at idle.

I could hear it on the highway, i couldn't before with the pipes out the back unless i hammerd it. ill bet with this setup and a 4 door cab there would be a pretty audible drone

but over all its a lot better! i recommend going ahead and doing it if you're tired of your pipes. Really cleaned up the back of the truck too. looks way better

the setup is true dual flow 40s, all 4 cats and no cross over 2.25" piping

just thought id share :o
