Seems there is something you need to know.
The rear sensors are oxygen monitors for the output of the cats you took off as well as the fronts.
Their inputs to the PCM forms a 'ratio' monitor signal to tell when the cat system is in trouble.
You took them off and eliminated the 'ratio' monitoring that goes on.
These sensors donnot control fuel like the fronts do but are cat system efficiency monitors only.
If the PCM cannot take a look at the ratio of switching between the front and rear, you get a code and a lamp.
I don't think you can get any device to act in their absence as that device would not act as the sensor does.
Alway best to find out about these things before making any changes.
These type systems are an attempt to prevent you from changing a gov mandated emmissions rule by not passing inspection with a code set due to the changes made.

The only other 'expensive' way is to have a custom programmer eliminate that part of the program with a programmer, but it is ilegal to do so as is removing the cats.
I only told you the how and why of the sensor system and operation.
Hope you find a way arround it.
Good luck.
