UGH! help please

k, my buddy took his manifolds off of his old truck and screwed up the studs that are on the manifold, ive tried just about everything and cant get them off, what else should i try, im thinking maybe cut the studs off and drill them out and rethread them???

that was the first thing i tried, didnt budge vice grips, pliers, pipe wrench, torch to heat them up,

Weld a nut to the end of the stud and torque that mother out.

sure that wont just break the stud off?

hell, that shouldnt break it off, if it does oil, oil, oil and an easy out

Let the stud soak over night with a lot of penetrating oil and it shouldn't snap off.
