A simple search on here and you would find a plethora of threads out there on what exhausts people prefer and use and how they like them.
Some pre-fabbed options that are more popular are the Magnaflow, Roush legal and Off Road, MBRP, etc. Others are custom ones done at a local muffler shop done to each persons specifications.
I went with the Roush Off Road which gives a nice deep tone, but not too loud or at all noisy in the cab. It wasn't quite loud enough for me, so I put Magnaflow hi flow cats on it and woke it up big time. Check the links in my signature for videos of it to get an idea of how loud it is w/ the cats now.
