yikes. ur truck wont run well without cats. remove all 4 of them, and replace with 2 high flows. itll be as loud, better sounding, and youll get performance out of it.

you already have a sweet set up. chop off all 4 cats, and run 2 high flows. youll be amazed at the difference. personally, i wouldnt run my truck without cats. some guys will, thats cool. your option man

also, if you want a louder choppier sound, take off the X pipe and add an H.

when you replace the 4 OEM cats with 2 hi-flows where do you mount the 2 other o2 sensors? i assume all 4 OEM cats have sensors.. right? i am looking to do this myself and I have the Maggie hi-flows with the bugs already welded into the cat, i just dont know where to mount the other set of o2 sensors, maybe in the pipe after the hi-flows? or is there only 1 set of o2 sensors for all 4 OEM cats?

there are 2 sensors. 1 for each cat. u have 2 sensors that are in the piping before the Precats. those read the air:fuel ratio. u then have 1 o2 sensor that are in each cat themselves. the sensor can be welded in the new high flow cat. leave the sensors before the precats when u chop those off, and stick the new (or old) o2 sensors in the new high flow cat. if you crawl under ur truck, ull know what im talkin about. look in the piping between the pre cats and the end of the headers on each side. you will see a sensor. and the 2 rear cats have a sensor in each of them, that you will definately see. only concern is i have an 03 and you have a NBS, but that should not matter.
