Header Questions

Hey guys I have a 06 FX4 5.4 and I'm about to purchase a set of JBA headers and I was wodering what to do about the O2 Sensors and the EGR since the headers don't come with the bunks. Will a programmer take care of this and are there any special programs that need to be downloaded to the programmer? Thanks alot guys.

there shorties right? if they are you dont have to do anything basic bolt out bolt in, now if it were me if your going through the trouble headers put on long tubes and get more performance, its never enough but if you do long tubes you need to more some things around.

I would like to go with long tube. what would be a good brand? The JBA's are shorties. I don't mind moving minor stuff.

A bit pricey, but Dynatech are said to be the best. And they claim to be direct bolt-on, using your stock O2 sensors and EGR. The complete system including high-flow cats and Y pipe will set you back about $1400, or you can get just the headers for around $800-900. I ordered the complete system, just waiting on it to arrive.
