Did you create a thread on the install? Or do you have pics of your setup??

I saw a few pics in your gallery.

Any tips for me?

Hey one more question,

Where have you guy's been getting the higher quality gaskets?

I'm reading that I don't want to use the ones that OBX sends me.

Is there anything else that I will need?

you will need 02 extenders from bbk, i believe they are pn 1676. and for the header gaskets, i know most are using the ford racing metal ones, or just cleaning the factory ones and re using them.

for the bolts, i went to fastenal(or any nut and bolt supply) and got stainless steel self locking flange head bolts in metric thread m8x1.25 x25mm long (it was like $15 for all 16 of em). didnt see a need for the $40 stage 8 locking header bolts from summit. not the slightest problem with em!

It's a royal PITA. expect it to take a few days. You don't need a 2 piece gasket any where, I have SCE copper gaskets that are working real well.

If you plan on doing it yourself have patience use plenty of Nut buster or PB blaster or liquid wrench to help get the old stuff off. Put it on a few times like everyday for 3 days leading up to the install. it will be an experience.

Thanks Gotts2bme.

It's not a daily driver so I can take as much time as in need.

Plus since I have the body lift it LOOKS like the bolts will be easier to reach.

I guess I'll find out
