Depends on what your current MPG's are.

what mods do you have???? and if you say you have a TB spacer I'm gonna laugh at you

when is the last time you did maintainence to your truck? ie plugs, fuel filter, air filter, plugs, tranny flush, bearing re-grease, check diferentail fluid? changed the o2 sensors

you wont be the only one

whats the mileage on the truck?

assuming nothings wrong with the truck:
the biggest thing to affect mpg is driving habits. yes modifications can help alot but when you add more power most people tend to like using that power.
try accelerating so that your shift points are around 2000 rpm.
do the speed limit(or no more than 5 over), cruise control can help alot too.
dont run up on anyones rear bumper.
dont keep going in and out of the throttle, try holding the throttle in one position if possible.
dont carry all sorts of extra un needed weight.
dont use the throttle in stop and go traffic.
and turning the radio down helps me alot

another thing that will really help is to stay up on maintenance (cleaning maf and throttle body, changing fluids and filters as recommended in owners manual, use a good quality gas, changing spark plugs, keep tires aired up, etc).

Lol no i dont have a TB spacer. K&N intake and true dual exhaust. Current mpg is 13.5 city/15hwy, so yes it has room to improve. never changed plugs,(i guess u mean spark plugs) or fuel filter or a tranny flush (whatever that is) DK what differential fluid is and never changed o2 sensors.

change the transmision fluid and filter, change the spark plugs, change the o2 sensors, clean your TB and MAF, don't use your a/c in town, re-grease your wheel bearings, check your differential fluid and drive like grandma and see what happens

i cleaned my intake 2 days ago. and re-greased my bearings not long ago. I have to use A/C in town tho the heat is un-bearable without it. yesterday was 99 degrees with 90% humidity where do i get the new o2 sensors and how much will it cost?

Buy a Ford Focus.

Or you can spend a few thousand on the truck to get better mileage.

Went a few weeks without this same question popping up!

The wheels and tires are the problem. When ever you increase the tire size, you decrease the fuel mileage. The most you could do is get custom tunes, and a gear swap, or just swap the stockers back on.

Jerame and Punisher are spot on. Your wheel/tire combo is really heavy. I drive smoothly and slower than most and consistently get 17 city. I will be getting a gryphon and 20" wheels next year so hopefully the tuner and my driving will offset the loss I would get from the increased wheel diameter.
