Throttle body question

What is the largest throttle body I can use on my 2000 Ford F150 4.2L V-6?

im guessing a 70mm but not 100% sure. i would give Jegs a call and see what they have to say..they have 65-80's BBK

bbk has a 65mm on summit. how bigs the stock one? you may need a tune for it. pretty much any size throttle body will work as long as its tuned for it, but stock or just a little bit bigger than stock works just fine for a stock engine(IMO).
