AirForce One?

So I was looking at the AirForce One intake kits from Troyer, but apparently AirForce One has gone out of business. Im looking to put one of their kits on my 2000 Expedition with the 5.4 that has now been supercharged (its a lightning blower). I was wondering if anybody here maybe has one theyre selling, or if they know where to get one? If not, what are some good alternatives for Intakes? Thanks

yea, i would probably check ebay. i didnt know they went out of business. i wonder what that does to someone who has one and wants to replace the filter element cough..me...cough. Ive had one for the past 2 years and cleaned it every other oil change and its worked great. I dont know if i am really in the market to sell it though.

Yea i was shocked to hear they went out of business. I called troyer today to buy one and they said they didnt have any in stock, so i called another company that sold them that i found and they said they went out of business...It's a real bummer because thats the only intake like it on the market really...it has the cold air along with the stock fender fitting which i thought was quite clever.

I think people really liked the product, but from what I have read it appears that they just over-priced them. More money yes, but less sales. They didn't sell enough... and out they go.

Go to S&B filters for a replacement filter the part # is R1177 up to 04 non S/C .. it will come loaded with blue oil and be an exact match..... S&B supplyed the filters to Air Force One.

and your's would not work for him he has a Lightning supercharger and the intake is not the same.

So if i got the replacement filter from S&B, would it come with the necessary attachements so that it can plug into my fender or no? And if not where can i buy those?

since you have the lightning eaton it, you need to look at the JLP and Chickenears intakes

DO NOT LOOK AT ANYTHING THAT MAY HAVE FIT YOUR TRUCK ORIGINALLY as the eaton powered truck use a different filter and inlet all together, you need to find a CAI for a '99-'04 Lightning

Yea what I've done is I've bought the S&B replacement filter "01lightningsuper" referred me too. So I'm gonna hook that up and then fab up my own heat shield/intake box to save money...Chickenears looked like a good set up, but way too much $ for what they were selling.
