Header help!

I drive an '06 F-150 4x4. Im looking for some performance headers that will give the most gain in HP and torque. Any suggestions? I've heard the JBA are pretty good. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

I think the company is called Stainless Works that have some and or American Header? maybe? My bro got me some info from a PRI show a few years back and I think these were the companies. They are long tube, don't waste time on shorties. JBA does make a nice cat back system though.

Actually, read more in this section, looks like alot are using Pacesetter, Dynotech and American racing headers ARH? I'm looking for some Dynotechs myself soon, my cats are rattling and not dumping money into stock stuff, no way!!!

pacesetters are good and cheap. dynatechs include everything and will last long. american racing is a nice in-between.

if you want hp and tq... long tubes, long tubes, long tubes
