I think mine (and a few others) are the only guys that have anything remotely close to what a Mustang sounds like.

That's it!!! That's the sound I'm looking for right there. That sounds awesome.

Not identical but similar. Second, your take on this seems to differ drastically from others in this thread regarding the sound and the structure of the system. If you are so sure they are all wrong then I am open to hearing specifically why they are wrong. So far everyone on here has been very helpful but your post seems less so and you didn't really answer my last question. If I am misreading your statement in any way I apologize. I have no real knowledge of exhaust systems and simply trying to learn.
Umm... I've done it, on this truck, and it sounded like a mustang down the road. Nothing you do with tail pipes will resemble a mustang tune. I suggest going with dualed H pipe and tips out the side (lightning style) and hi flows with Org. 40s. This will sound amazing, I'll bet money on it!

Costly yes, but that is what you asked for. Now, you say not so loud "putting" around, but noisy stepping on it? Magnaflow or Borla it is...

Check out my "New" video for the Borla Pro XS tone. I don't have cats, but hi flows will tone it down a little and still sound great!
