Input please!

I know a few of you guys have done this mod but can you guys tell me what the good and the bad is to it??? does it really work? what does it do? or what does it mess up if it does?

I did the mod about a month ago. It seemed a little peppier and you can hear more air moving when you get on it, even with the silencers still intact.

what do you mean exactly i know there isnt a huge gain in HP but if you could explain a little more.

Well, at most it's going to be about 8 more hp and that is only at wide open throttle, so it is hard to say you actually "feel" the difference. But, there is more air going through because you can hear it, so it seems to be a little stronger. You need to disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes so everything can reset, if you do the mod.

It's easy, and cost very little, and does almost as much as an expensive CAI, so why not do it. Also, it's reversible if you decide to do so.
