Problems with Exhaust manifold?

I had a leak or a broken gasket or something in my exhaust manifold a couple of months ago. I got it fixed, but I think its coming back again. It sounds like a clicking noise when i accelerate or rev the engine. Has anybody else had this problem?

Did they pull the manifold off and resurface it, or did they just slide a new gasket in? The manifolds have a tendency to warp.

I believe they just got a new gasket, is that a consistent problem in new f150's?
