If the glasspack isn't loud enough for you, I'd just deleat the muffler completely.

if u can run it...just do true dual 10 series flowmasters...All they will have to do is cut ur y pipe off and add these in...You will be very happy. A lot louder

They don't make a si/do 10 series, they only make single in single out..But you glasspack in the picture is not a true single in dual out...They muffler shop just added a Y pipe after the muffler...Replace that glasspack with one 10 series muffler and you will be very pleased. Yes its much louder than the flowmaster 44 because the 44 is still a 2 chamber muffler and the 10 series is a single chamber...

this is what flowmaster's website says about the 10 series

10 Series Delta Force® Race - Single Chamber

The 10 series race mufflers all utilize Flowmaster's patented "Delta Flow" technology and have a noticeable dB reduction over open headers. Recommended for racing applications where a race muffler is required, but without a set decibel limit to be met. Please call the Flowmaster tech-line with your specific dB requirements and applications" its saying its not intended for street use. Is this Legal to run on the truck??

Yes its completely legal...I ran it for 2 years...You will pass emission inspections with it for sure. All you have to have in texas is a muffler so your fine man. Trust me, I think they are like 80-90 bucks and you will be very impressed.

10 series would be a little louder man...Just think your going from a 18 inch long muffler to a 5.5 inch long muffler....Lot less restriction...

Check out Performance Peddler and use the discount code they give at the top "holiday4u". I just bought my Magnaflow muffler from them, it was the lowest price I found and shipped fast.
