After reading some of the posts on here, i contacted socal motorsports and ordered a banks exhaust. Everything went very quickly and smoothly until i paid. Its now been a month since i ordered, and i still havent recieved the exhaust yet. I havent recieved anything that said it has been delayed or backordered. I contacted them about 5 times during this span, and after a few days, i get a reply that they will look in to it, or that they will forward my request to the shipping department. I havent even been able to get a status on my order in the past month.

Anyone know whats up with this company?

 

I've had that happen to me in the past ( not with SoCal ) and after being blown off for the 4th time I called my bank and had them refund my money. Don't know how many banks do that but BofA treated it as a fraud type of transaction.

It got their attention once the company realized that the bank was trying to get money returned.

I took my refunded money and went elsewhere.
