Question Roush vs Troyer Performance Stage 1 ???

I'm looking for some feedback on Roush vs what you get with Troyer stage 1:

Catback: Roush legal vs Roush off-road vs Magnaflow

Intake: Roush Cold Air vs AF1 3" vs AF1 3.5"

I realize the 3.5" would need to be switched back to stock before taking my truck to the dealer ('07 FX4 supercab, by the way), but what about everything else---
Roush seems to claim more power gain than the AF1, what about sound quality/volume level/power gains and losses through the spectrum for the exhaust?

Thanks, All.

Edit: what about the following: Roush exhaust + s&b cold air + Hypertech III ? It would save a few hundred dollars, but how much power would I really be using and would I be risking running lean? The hypertech has a canned "yes/no" for aftermarket cold air.

roush is a rebadged airraid, which is proven time and time again to put out lower numbers than an af1

There are quite a few people gettting around 255-260 RWHP and 300+ RWTQ with the Troyer Stage 1 kit. IMO those numbers are definitely worth the money.

What does the Magnaflow sound like? It's almost impossible to beat the sound of the Roush exhaust!

Thanks, guys. I think I am on board for a Roush Legal system with a Troyer custom tune. What about the s&b-to-AF1 comparison?

Both are good, I'd go AF1.

Roushed

Dont hesitate to get the Roush offroad, it wont be too loud. You will love it. I run mine with thier intake. that is a re badged airraid. Im sure I could pick up a litle more power from another make or model but I like the whole Roush package to flow together . I run Roush wheels as well (20's till I can get the 22's) The sound is great! And rather than beeping the horn to get someones eye, just hit neutral and squish the skinny pedal . They will look up!
