Has anyone had any experience with this intake?

I'd love to get an S&B or K&N but can't afford it. I have a gibson catback and the gotts intake mod but don't like the hot under hood air getting in.

I know this is not by any means the best intake out there but I've heard some good things about it for the price.

The truck is a 97 f150 with the 4.6, 4x4, 117,000 miles.

i dont know about the intake but generally with cheaper cold air intakes they have a lesser quality filter. just buy the intake and get a good k&N filter to put on it. still cheaper than the k&N intake

i run this same intake and its unbelieveable i did have a plastic 77 series k and n and discarded it i have edge and did a before and after on both intakes and i have to say bombz worked better i have pictures if you wanna see what it looks like under the hood just message me
